Message	So pin 16 go is activated through Diode D681 which is then switched by IC621, PN: UPA1558H. The closest data sheet I could find for it is: https://pdf1.alldatasheet.com/datasheet-pdf/view/6552/NEC/UPA1556AH.html How ever there are no outward signs of damage. So it could still be an issue. Unfortunately I don't have a spare ECU to test with. It should also be noted that I checked ground isolation on the control wire (pin 16) and it is fine with no continuity to ground.
